Street Latin Dancing
Street Latin describes a variety of Latin club dances and includes Salsa, Bachata and Merengue. In the class you will learn how to dance in sync with a partner, how to lead/follow, the basic footwork, timing and styling of Salsa, Bachata and Merengue; as well as a variety of popular moves and sequences. You don’t need any dance experience or a partner to take part in this beginners’ course.
50’s Swing Dancing
This course teaches 50’s Rock n’ Roll, Jitterbug, and East Coast Swing. These versatile and fun social dances suit a variety of music from Big Band Swing and 50’s Rock n’ Roll, through Blues and some of the current popular music. In the class you will learn how to dance in sync with a partner, how to lead/follow, the basic footwork, timing and styling.
Dance nourishes the Mind, Body and Soul. It is not only a great way to keep the spark alive, it is also a great way to stay in shape. This course teaches the Foxtrot, Waltz, Country Two-Step, Night Club Two-Step, and East Coast Swing. All of these dances are set to music with a 4/4 beat, making them easy to learn. If you are just a beginner, then this is the best course to start you off!
Belly Dancing is considered by many as one of the most beautiful, organic and oldest dance forms. Unlike other forms of dancing, the Belly Dance are moves adjusted to fit your body to make you look elegant and attractive no matter your age or body shape. It’s all about looking good when you express your femininity, but also feeling good about being a woman.

Our Line Dancing Instructor Bonnie Brown has created a whole new contemporary approach that goes beyond just the Country/Western genre at its root to variants of the Waltz, Polka and Swing.
